First Post

So here it is... my first post.

It has taken me a good bit of time to get to this. So real quickly...

My motivation for this space is to simply share a few thoughts on those things that keep me from reading as much as I'd like. I really do wish I read more. Unfortunately, the written word often takes a back seat to the music, television, and film that ends up capturing my attention.

That's really it at this point. I expect this place to grow a bit as I become more familiar with Blogger.

Hopefully I fill'er up with enough recommendations and fun "stuff" that anyone can easily stumble upon I WISH I READ MORE and come away with a new something that peaks their interest.
